Whilst Martha is still far too young to ski, my husband can’t wait to get her on to slopes. He’s even bought her a pair of ski’s to mooch around the house in- (don’t ask)!
This is my take on one of our fave comfort dishes when we visit Martha’s cousins in Switzerland. Unfortunately we can't provide the snow topped swiss mountain backdrop for it, the high chair will have to do, but we promise It’s an absolute flavour bomb. Slow cooked savoury onions, succulent mushrooms, with the addition of giant couscous for extra bite. Serve with a big chunk of buttered bread to make it more BLW friendly and you're in heaven.
p.s. most of our testers saved this dish until last because they were a bit dubious how it would go down with little bellies. However, they all rated it 'totally yum!' and made me promise to put it on the menu!
