How is your food made?
Our meals and snacks are made exactly how you'd make them at home; with love and care, by hand, with real ingredients you'd recognise, in our home kitchen in Ingatestone, Essex. We portion it up, freeze it, ready to deliver to your door.

What age range is your food suitable for?
One of the great things about our meals is that they can be enjoyed by all ages (including grown ups)! All of our meals are suitable for babies from 7 months, to toddlers, and beyond. Our recipes are textured and flavourful. They are not pureed. With some recipes, we might give specific guidance (i.e. mash beans with a fork) to ensure your food is served in a suitable way for your child's age.
Do your products contain allergens?
Introduction and exposure to allergens is really important for children's development. We include some of the major allergens in our recipes. They will always be clearly identified in the product description and on product labels.
My child has an allergy. Is your food suitable?
All allergens contained in our products are listed in the product description and on our packaging.
Whilst we have high standards in place, our food is made in our home kitchen which contains common allergens. We therefore do not recommend our products for children with allergies.
Ordering & Delivery...
I want to give it a try, but what if my child doesn't like it?
We get it- it's super frustrating when food you've paid for and prepped ends up on the floor... or the ceiling... or eaten by the dog. That's why we created Martha & Me in the first place!
We've tried and tested our recipes with real families, and we're confident you'll find dishes your child loves within our varied menu.
Our bundles contain 2 of each of our mains in that collection. Sometimes, children just aren't up for a particular dish that day.
But if they try something twice and decide it's not nice... we'll give you credit on your next order to spend on the dishes they do love!*
That way, you can explore our menu with confidence.

What days do you deliver?
Orders are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Just select a date that's convenient for you at checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
All of mainland UK, excluding some remote parts of Scotland and Cornwall.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home that's okay- just make sure that you update your safe space on your order details with Royal Mail.
We pack our orders with plenty of ice and some fleecy wool to keep them perfectly chilly.
Orders must be delivered on your selected delivery date to avoid any chance of the products defrosting over a more prolonged period. If you are not available to accept your order and you have not updated your safe place, we cannot offer refunds for any spoiled products.
Storage & Preparation
How do I prepare the food?
Just wait for little bellies to rumble, and heat in the microwave from frozen. If you don't have a microwave, you can always heat in the oven or hob.
How long does your food last?
All food has a minimum use by date at least 3 months from the date of delivery.

We want as many families as possible to enjoy our food, wherever they are.
We successfully partner on kid's menus at local soft plays and events spaces and we are keen to expand on this.
